Pies:
All pies are made with handmade pie shells.
- Coconut Cream – homemade custard with coconut with a homemade cream topping
- Chocolate Cream – homemade chocolate custard with a homemade cream topping
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream—homemade chocolate custard with a peanut butter mixture made with cream cheese
- Banana Cream—homemade custard with bananas with a homemade cream topping
- Raspberry Cream—raspberry pie filling with seeds with a homemade cream topping
- Peanut Butter Cream—peanut butter crumbs, homemade custard with a homemade cream topping
- Chocolate Banana Cream—homemade chocolate custard with bananas and a homemade cream topping
- Peanut Butter Silk—Oreo crust with a sweet peanut butter cream cheese filling topped with peanut butter crumbs and chocolate syrup
- Pumpkin Cream—fresh pumpkin, pudding and spice filling with a homemade cream topping
- Strawberry or Peach Cream—a sweet cream cheese base with fresh berries or peaches with a sweet flavored gelatin glaze
- Pumpkin Pie—pumpkin, milk, and spice custard type pie
- Egg Custard—eggs, sugar and milk custard type pie
- Coconut Custard—eggs, sugar, milk and fresh coconut custard type pie
- Lemon Meringue—lemon pie filling with a meringue topping
- Lemon Cream—homemade lemon cream made with sour cream
- Key Lime—limes, sugar, eggs, condensed milk cream type pie
- Lushes—short bread crust with a layer of sweeten cream cheese, layer of pudding with a homemade cream topping
- Apple Streusel—fresh apples, sugar, spices, cream cheese crumbles baked in pie shell
- Pecan Pie—pecans, sugar, kero—very gooey type pie
- Chocolate Pecan Pie—same as pecan pie with chocolate chips added
- Shoofly—wet bottom molasses type cake (Pennsylvania Dutch type pie)
- Lemon Sponge—wet bottom lemon type cake pie
- Chocolate Lava—fudgey brownie like cake with a deep gooey chocolate center
- Cherry Crumb—homemade sour cherry filling with crumbs
- Cherry Macaroon—homemade sour cherry filling with a coconut and almond crust
- Blueberry and Raspberry Crumb—pie filling with a homemade crumb mixture
- Apple Pie—fresh apples, spices topping with a homemade crumb mixture
Cakes:
- Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter frosting—3 layer dark chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting topped with chocolate ganache and chopped peanut butter cups
- Chocolate Cake with Chocolate frosting—3 layers dark chocolate cake with chocolate frosting topped with chocolate ganache
- Coconut Cake—3 layers of white cake with white frosting and coconut
- Red Velvet Cake—3 layers of a red velvet cake (chocolate in taste) with white frosting
- Carrot Cake—3 layers of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting (with nuts)
- Banana Cake—3 layers of banana cake with cream cheese frosting
- Yellow Cake with chocolate frosting—3 layers of yellow cake with a light chocolate frosting
- Oreo Cake—2 layers of chocolate cake and 1 layer of white cake filled with a whipped cream and Oreo filling topped with white frosting and topped with Oreos
- Banana Split Cake—1 layer of chocolate cake, 1 layer of strawberry cake, 1 layer of banana cake frosted in white frosting topped with chocolate ganache, cherries and crushed pineapples
- Peanut Butter Cake with Light chocolate frosting—3 layers of peanut butter cake with light chocolate frosting
- Mocha Torte—4 layers of thin chocolate cake drenched in a sweeten coffee, and filled with a sweet cream cheese mixture and topped with a dark chocolate frosting and ganach
- Strawberry or Peach Filled—2 layers of white cake filled with fresh fruit and topped with a sweet flavored gelatin glaze and frosting with white frosting
- Pumpkin Torte—6 layers of thin pumpkin cake with a cream cheese frosting
